Constantly exercise your mind by finding different things to appreciate, which helps to eliminate your fears. If we’re able to push through our struggles and find strength through them, we can appreciate their presence in our life.Genuinely make people feel better about themselves, whether through compliments or showing your love or just smiling at them. How people treat you is their karma, but how you respond is your karma.
What’s the most loving thing you can do for yourself in this moment? What can you do for someone else? Forgive yourself first. Forgiveness is giving forth love even when you don’t need to. Try thinking about someone you don’t like and why you don’t like them, and think of why they acted the way they did. Find it in yourself to send love to them and everyone else, no matter who they are or what they’ve done. Harboring hate and resentment will hurt you more than anyone else. We all have an incredible capacity to love, so don’t give up if you’re not where you want to be, keep working at it and you’ll make incredible changes in your life and the lives of those around you.
