Motion is Lotion

Trust and enjoy the process, as the excitement ends once you reach your goals. Realize that the grind IS life, happiness is in the journey. Movement is the number 1 component that installs longevity in the human body, not just physically but also through accomplishing and making progress. People with injuries need to rest, but movement is also necessary as the push and stress is good for your body to recover.
Most often people who retire will die a few years after retiring if they don’t get moving or doing, or don’t have passions and become sedentary. Age is only limiting if you let it be, because there are plenty of 80 year old’s out there in great shape who are in constant state of motion. Most often people don’t regret the things they do, they regret the things they don’t do. Get in the state where you want to move and be active and creative. When you’re in motion, there’s lotion to your devotion, don’t become obsessed with a perfect plan as it does not exist. Often times you’re not depressed, you’re just bored and not being challenged, so do something interesting.
The longer you hold onto a thought, the more important it becomes and the more it weighs down on you, which is why we turn little issues into massive problems. Get disturbed with your negative patterns and stop giving your issues power over your life, be honest with yourself. It doesn’t matter where you start, just start doing something! As you start and enter new physiological states, your brain comes up with better thoughts and creative problem solving solutions. Momentum never stops, you’re either growing or decaying, it’s your choice.
